short description: "set policer classify interface loop1 ip4-table 0 del" may raise crash when worker threads handoff process ip4-policer-classify node. Especially under continuous flow test,if the delete of interface policer classify just occurs after node nat44-in2out-worker-handoff and before node ip4-policer-classify with handoff worker thread, the handoff worker thread will raise crash because of the pcm->classify_table_index_by_sw_if_index[ti][sw_if_index] has been invalid.
