CLOSE, my misunderstanding ... default go value BdID and SwIfIndex is zero.
The default value at the VPP side is 4294967295, so the was no successful
result to reply. I have no idea how long is this behavior is used. Old
golang examples (from 2018) do not mention this behavior.
