Hello all, It is this time again - with the RC1 approaching, scheduled for 19th January, as per the release plan ([0]).
This reminder is a bit late due to the year-end break (and the RC1 is somewhat close to the new year) but based on the previous couple of releases having a relatively quiet pre-RC1 period and somewhat longer period from RC1 to official release seemed beneficial, so I scheduled this release in the same way - despite being "*.02" instead of "*.01" compared to the years before, the release cycle starts a bit earlier. If you have any work in progress that might need special handling - please drop me an email and let me know, we will work it out. In case of no contingencies, I plan to pull the branch stable/2202 on 19th January at 12:00 UTC, as in the past few releases.
