We just upgraded VPP to 21.10.1 from packages on a few test machines, but are
missing the RDMA plugin:

Up until 21.06 we were able to have this all using the vpp-plugin-core package,
but upgrading this as well does not give us RDMA support. Anything changed?
Cannot find anything about this in the release notes (21.10.1 nor 21.10).
