I added two routes like this vppctl ip route add 192.168.21.0/24 via ipip0 vppctl ip route add 192.168.21.0/24 via ipip1
Can VPP use classify to direct UDP packets to port 2156 using ipip0, UDP packet to port 2157 using ipip1?
