Stage-3 update:
The servers for Stage-3 move are now powered down in preparation for
tomorrow's move.
Due to the fact that 4 of the 6 AARCH64 nomad servers are blades in a
chassis, the Jenkins build queue may back up a bit more than normal as
the 4 blade chassis is being moved tomorrow in Stage-3.

Folks,
The Stage-2 of the migration of the FD.io hardware lab servers from
multiple Vexxhost data centers to a new location is about to
commence (today or tomorrow).
The move plan [0] is designed to allow CI operations to continue
without disruption. That being said, there will be reduced
capacity available during the move and stability of the CI system
may be affected. I will continue to actively monitor CI job
failures and will 'recheck' gerrit changes which have been bitten
by non-patch related job failures.
Over that past two weeks, there has been a re-occurrence of
connection resets aborting fetches from gerrit.fd.io and to a
lesser extent connections to jenkins.fd.io thus causing CI jobs to
fail. Therefore on Monday 2021-04-19, I requested that the
Vexxhost Ticket [1] be re-opened to identify the root cause of the
failures. We will continue to monitor the situation and continuing
to gather/add information to the ticket. Hopefully once all of the
hardware is co-located in the new datacenter, it will be easier to
identify the root cause of the connection resets.
