I've created and uploaded a vpp elog viewer plugin at https://github.com/dbarach/vpp-event-viewer.git. See README.md. The git repo contains a single x86_64 Debian (binary) package.
The elog viewer is roughly equivalent to the tool described here: https://fd.io/docs/vpp/master/gettingstarted/developers/eventviewer.html. In the near future, README.md will describe the tool in detail. Key differences: * Viewer written in golang * GTK3 vs. GTK2 * Update the event log at the touch of a button This is alpha-quality software: soothingly phrased feedback welcome. The golang compiler and runtime involved are not ready for public consumption. The viewer code is NOT compatible with Google go, and will not be open-sourced until the go compiler and runtime are available.
