Thank you, I'm beginning to understand now, then total = available + cached + used?
Is there a way to determine who has cached and who is using a specific buffer? Is allocation of buffers bounded to a specific numa node? Or can they allocate across numa nodes? If so, how is this determined? -- Mauricio
