Hi, When the carrier of an interface comes up, e.g. because someone plugs a cable, VPP function “ send_sw_interface_event()” sends a message to clients indicating the event
We are seeing a delay of 4-6 seconds from the time we plug the cable until the function “ send_sw_interface_event() is called and message is sent But when the carrier goes down, e.g. by pulling out the cable), the message is almost always sent within a second I am trying to figure out why does it take that much time to detect that the carrier came up?
