I have not been able to reproduce the problem from a fresh ubuntu 18.04
container and for me, the build succeeds.
build succeeded, 240 warnings.
The HTML pages are in ../../build-root/build-test/doc/html.
make[2]: Leaving directory '/vpp/test/doc'
If someone can send me the error log:
The full traceback has been saved in /tmp/sphinx-err-o2xo4j0j.log
I will gladly look into it.
