Ok, but I didn't run python setup or pip to get it installed into build-root in 
the first place, "make build" did that. I'd suggest it would be more useful to 
update CMakeLists.txt to give it knowledge of the source and have it just work 
as expected, but I lack sufficient cmake skill to offer up that change easily.
