adding vpp-dev to to: A bad retry vote on a job (jan will be sending it along) caused a merge to happen with this bug.
vpp folks…. Since we have gone a few months now with no jenkins connection issues (one of the main drivers for the retry introduction). Id like to propose removing the retry from ALL voting jobs. This MAY lead to an increase in manual rechecks if we see spike of intermittent job failures. But IMO that should not be a large percentage increase currently without those connection reset issues.
