I just merged this patch, so you might want to rebase your patches to
avoid this snafu.

Note to the future:
centos repo/maintainers did NOT rename either
python36-ply
or
python36-jsonschema
which are also req’s in the Makefile just waiting for some random
tuesday in the future to fail.
But for now the above gerrit should get centos moving again.
