I agree with Damjan, this franken-dpdk looks like a maintenance nightmare to 
me. What about future dpdk releases? Plus, we will have the dpdk and octeontx2 
plugins incompatible in subtle ways (like bad surprises at runtime because the 
linker was confused with symbols using the same names at different addresses).
