Packagecloud shows “indexing” next to rpm in question, so I would think the uploaded packages indeed don’t show up in the package lists visible to the clients...
Since as we discussed offline the build b7545 is installing ok, this to me excludes other reasons, since the only difference between the two is the vppapigen changes.
