Hi Andrew,

I was trying to get this info on one other thread and did not realize your
message in this thread.

If I put this in feature_enable function, I need to trigger this function via
API (or) CLI, which we want to avoid.
We want to get the registration as part of our plugin initialization.

I see that there is some issue in the way ACL plugin is setup compared to other
plugins.
I could call many other plugin's init functions using vlib_call_init_function,
except for ACL init function acl_init.

For the last one week, I am kind of stuck with this issue and not able proceed
further with different options I tried.
I also tried to get the vlib_get_plugin_symbol() for acl_init function, but it
is not able to get it.

Can you please try calling acl_init from any other plugin and see if this is a
possible thing or a known limitation.
Appreciate your help on this.

Murthy
