merged prior to applying the v19.04-rc2 tag at 1800 UTC.

A gentle reminder that VPP 19.04 RC2 (Final Release Candidate)
Milestone is tomorrow at 1800 UTC.
After RC2, only critical bug fixes will be merged into stable/1904.
Please review open anomalies for candidates to be fixed and open a
Jira ticket for all patches submitted to stable/1904. In addition,
please include a reference to the Jira ticket in the 1st line of the
patch comments.
As mentioned in today's VPP Community meeting, it would be helpful for
all feature owners to update the 19.04 Release Plan [1] with the
feature status. If you have contributed a feature (small or large)
please ensure that it is included in the release plan.
The formal release date for VPP 19.04 is Wed April 24, 2019. In order
to complete the generation and verification of the release artifacts
on that day, the branch will be closed for commits and release tag
applied on Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 1800 UTC.
