Nevertheless I can't manage to properly run encryption/decryption (ipsec between two boards) with the Octeon CPT hardware. (Same ipsec scenario setup via openssl is actually working as expected) Do not know whether the problem is because of these qp issues or different problems (dpdk-test-crypto-perf tool to test dpdk devices is working as expected).
