I’m new to vpp and trying to understand how HQoS fits in the architecture.
I’ve gone through the docs but I have this one confusion. I understand that
pipes correspond to a single user/subscriber but How a single
user/subscriber/ip address
will be classified and then HQoS functions are performed on it.
In the documentation u32 client_index is an identifier for a specific client.
In structure sw_interface_set_dpdk_hqos_subport but I cannot connect the dots
how will a user will be classified and then fed into the pipe.
Can anybody help me understand this?
