TLDR Any action that would trigger verification in the last 15 hours needs to be hit with recheck
The ci-man bug mentioned below impacted the checkstyle job causing it to finish with result UNSTABLE. It takes a SUCCESS result from the checkstyle job to trigger/initiate the normal set of verify jobs. So these jobs were never even attempted on patches/changes in the last 15 hours or so. This issue while it did also impact merge jobs did NOT stop packages from being built or pushed that I can see. There will simply not be build logs for merge jobs in that time spawn.
