Thanks John responding on this. Yes. I see there is no mechanism to update BVI MAC in the FIB. I will add and give it a try unless there is a reason why it should not be updated.

But when I change the interface MAC address (loopback’s), I don’t see the corresponding l2fib entry is not getting updated whereas the interface MAC is getting updated.
