I see the last time that everything was GREEN was yesterday (Feb 20th) when a patch on openSUSE kicked off at 17:28pm (https://jenkins.fd.io/job/vpp-verify-ma ster-opensuse/1647/consoleFull). I am not sure about the timezone used to display the time here...
