Previously, I tried stable.1704 branch ( https://nexus.fd.io/content/repositories/fd.io.stable.1704.ubuntu.xenial.main/) and fails to ping. Now I migrate to master branch ( https://nexus.fd.io/content/repositories/fd.io.master.ubuntu.xenial.main/) , and it works.
