Hello vpp-dev,

Currently all our vpp-csit* verify jobs are failing due to issue with 
dpdk_plugin. We have try to investigate issue and come to error dumps as 
follows:

This looks like VPP cannot start as DPDK plugin cannot be loaded. DPDK cannot 
be loaded because of aesni_gcm128_init.

Can you please help us drive this issue? Were there any recent changes in 
behavior of DPDK initialization?
