They will have to decide. I do not see why they wouldn't eat this. I see no moral issues or ambiguity in it. I think the reason most people are vegans is to eliminate cruelty to animals. This technique accomplishes that. Some people are vegetarians because they do not like meat, or they think it is bad for your health. I doubt it is bad for you, based on our long history of eating it, and on other primate diets. - Jed
