On Page 12:  One cannot tolerate, for example, anomalous color
magnetic moments,
for either quarks or gluons.



I have been looking for how the virtual photons of EMF can disrupt the
nucleus.



It seems to me that if we can get some anomalous color magnetic moments
into the nucleus, we can throw a monkey wrench into the nuclear inner
workings.





I believe that this nuclear mischief is what the Ni/H reactor does; it
introduces anomalous color magnetic moments, for either quarks or gluons
through projecting a briefly formed monopole field into the nucleus.



On a related note:



CERN has been devoting a huge effort into finding the monopole particle. In
particle physics, every force has to have a carrier particle.



If CERN is looking for a carrier particle for the monopole force, CERN must
think that the monopole is somehow different from ordinary EMF.



It also looks to me that the strong force is just a kind of EMF working
inside a vacuum based superconductor (AKA nucleus).
