If his claims were sufficient, there would have been no need of the Swedes. And if there was a need of the Swedes, they should not have left the equipment selection to Levi. But either way, a scientific claim that can't be tested by anyone sufficiently skilled and interested is just a claim. And in this case, it's a claim that furthers Rossi's financial goals.
