WIth an orbital altitude of 250 miles and a span of 9.6 feet, Odyssey
subtends an angle of 0.015 degrees; so, if we see it, we see the sun's
reflection off the solar panels. Only then, we would see a flash, not
a continuous light as anyone who has observed an Iridium satellite
flare could attest.
