It may have been from NI or maybe from a similar company -- I don't recall. But they never saw the device and had no interaction with it. They needed to know what the input transducers were and what the requisite output circuit was supposed to do. That was all. That NI is making devices for Rossi means absolutely nothing confirmatory to Rossi claims. It does not mean NI has ever seen much less received an E-cat.
