The author of this column makes a snide comment about Rossi's previous

It might be a snide comment, but I dont believe so. On leonardo
corporations website only conventional devices are
presented. The e-cat is not mentioned. Its simply a fact.

Also, if Rossi makes a contract with them for an electronic device, they
dont necessarily know the actual application.
Rossi can give precise formulas and specifications to them and they will
make it accordingly and test it accordingly.
