Many people prefer to avoid the phase change. There has been

been tested with liquid phase, and Rossi told me that his one megawatt
device is intended to heat water only, not to produce steam.
If the steam is condensated, then there is an intermediate phase change,
but tis does not matter.
Error prone steam measurement must be avoided, of course.
Steam measurement is ok for established machines that are already well
known inside and outside, but it is not ok for a new machine where we
cannot look into the chimney and not look into the hose.
Defkalion runs all of their reactors in liquid phase only, albeit not
usually water.
Defkalion is out of the game for me. They said in their forum, they had
already hundreds of machines running and so on, and on their website and
in their official PDF documents they dont even inform about the Rossi
divorce.
Their informations are incomplete untrue and unbelievable.
Never change a working experiment!
