I said that a couple of years ago, if I recall correctly. And others said it too, but a hundred years ago, not a couple of years ago. I want to add that although, likewise relative time, absolute time does not exist /per se/, it can be *defined*. Absolute time can be defined based on motion in an absolute inertial frame. And an absolute inertial frame, in turn, or preferred frame, is a frame which is at rest with respect to the luminiferous aether. Finally(and just for completeness), it remain to be determined too if, when and if that "absolute" frame is finally determined, it will be really absolute, or if light too can locally or relatively move in a frame that has a local velocity component with respect to empty space.
