I must say, this is a very impressive book that Krivit edited:

It is surprising that Wiley chose someone with no academic credentials
to edit this. Krivit does good work -- there is no denying it. I
couldn't edit a thing like this.
I would like to see more of this book, but not to the tune of $195. I
can't find a copy in any local library or at Georgia Tech.
If Wiley has him edit the textbook, and not write it, I don't know where
he will find contributors. He went out of his way to alienate just about
everyone in the field. As I said, I fear he will call upon outside
experts such as Robert Park.
