I think this is plasma fusion. I take these people a little more seriously than the mass media and the scientific community does. I have the impression that there are some promising but neglected techniques in plasma fusion that would not take a lot of resources to try out. There are plenty of first-rate scientists in Iran. Cold fusion takes even less money and resources. If there were doing cold fusion I would take it seriously.
