Let's see . . . I have many important papers from ICCF-7 through 9. I
have nearly all papers from 9, except for authors who refused
permission. #11 (Marseilles) and #13 (Sochi) I cannot get anything
from because of copyright restrictions.
I will upload #14 if Nagel and Melich ever finish their introductions
and print the book. (Except that I cannot include paper by Swartz
because he will sue me, but they will appear in the printed version.)
Most of the papers are already uploaded.
The ENEA gave me permission to upload #15. I do not know when it will be done.
