Thanks. I don't know for sure what caused it - it may have been my quote characters, pasted from Appleworks, or it could have been Captcha or both (I tried many times). In any case I finally got the full message below accepted:
"Richard Feynman concluded his report on the shuttle Challenger accident: "For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled."
