It turns out this paper Mizuno sent me is a submission to a journal.
I thought it was for ICCF14, so I was taking my time editing it, but
it is due very soon. So I cannot upload it. Mizuno & I are working on
a similar paper for ICCF-14 proceedings and LENR-CANR.org. It will be
closer to the PowerPoint slides he presented there, with more recent data.
He prepared 54 slides, but he only had time to present 17 of them. He
wrote captions for all 54 slides in Japanese, which I translated into
English, so it should not be hard to write a paper from that. It will
have more illustrations and figures than the journal paper
submission. I like papers with lots of figures and photos, so this
will be an advantage. Such papers do not print well in books but they
are ideal for LENR-CANR.org.
I gather there is a limit of 5 pages for the proceedings papers.
There is no page limit at LENR-CANR.org. I encourage authors to write
long papers which we can upload to LENR-CANR.org, and then reduce in
size for the printed proceedings.
