Howdy Steven, Back at the start of WW2, a radio advertizement hawked " Ease Up Tablets" to reduce craving for smoking tobacco among workers in munitions factories.( a very sensible thought).
I recall the words of the announcer..... howdy folks, try" Ease UP Tablets".. No wicked rules, just common sense.. and ease up tablets.. why certainly !. Fast forward to year 2008.. what do we have? a need for a new century ease up tablet. In this case a need to counter the addiction to file patent applications before a useful work product exists. Until it exists, it's "theory". Unless, of course.. you are the Federal Reserve Board and have this really great new theory for how to perform money wonders with numbers while eating cucumbers.. even a Yalie would buy stock in that.
