Vortexians;

Back in the '70's Joseph Newman hired the physicist Roger Hastings to test his motor. Dr. Hastings subsequently testified that Joseph's motor produced more energy than was consumed to run it. He also noticed that the motor cooled down the room in which it operated. When I listen to Dr. Stiffler's claims of cold electricity and perhaps over unity too, I was excited. It occurred to me that perhaps if you controlled the variable reluctance motor with a Stiffler circuit, perhaps it might run cool. My other interest would be the energizing of a coil, which might get cold. I'd try it out on myself, and I'd put a mouse in it to see if the reports of C E sucking the life force out of an entity are true.

So I sent him a letter asking to talk, and was ignored. I guess the good doctor doesn't like us Vortexians.
