One further refinement of the "cold" electricity theme, now to be called SEC or "spatial energy coherence".

"ZPE is not carried by real photons. If ZPE consisted of real photons then film would automatically expose at a phenomenal rate. Real radiometers, the kind built to work in pure vacuum and spin toward the dark side, would spin much faster, even in the dark. I think that is strong evidence the ZPF is carried by virtual photons and further, that virtual photons carry no mass charge. See:

Virtual photons carry near field effects. The ZPF is not a field in the ordinary sense though. It is a vibrational field, consisting of virtual photons coming from every direction. Virtual photons of the ZPF exert the Zitterbewegung, provide the energy behind the uncertainty principle."

OK - this is shaping up into a useful premise, serendipitously tied to another "Z" word:

Zitterbewegung...

...which is a theoretical helical motion of elementary particles, in particular electrons, which is responsible for producing spin and magnetic moment. The motion with effect corresponds to a circular frequency of 10^21 Hz which is not off-the-charts comparatively. Gamma radiation in this range however, is NOT "circular". The circularity itself may be the vestige of an origin which is "virtual". However, that does not preclude its use, especially if the permittivity of space can be modulated sufficiently to allow coherence.

HH: If a diode were absorbing ZPE it would cast a spherical ZPE shadow which would diminish as 1/r^2. At the core of the shadow would be a flux deficit of the ZPE equal to the excess power consumption of the diode, say a few mw/mm^2. Since matter couples so poorly to the ZPE this tiny loss of ZPE flux would be undetectable in the surroundings."

Not sure about that. There is a surprising lack of heat, possibly even a document cooling effect - and also a tiny (apparent) weight loss in an operating Stiffler circuit.

These two indicia do in fact indicate that matter couples poorly, but the coupling is detectable. However, it is not clear if the "virtual photons" being coupled are related to ZPE itself or instead to gravity, since they do fit into the Bayles gravity field force constant i.e. related to the electrogravitational non-local (quantum) force constant (9 x 10^13 Hz) which is terahertz radiation in the infrared region, and this range also straddles the negative resistance range of the neons, which are apparently cohering the SEC.

Stay tuned (most likely to the Hartmann site) for a major announcement.
