I have experience with LENR. I spent 2010-2012 replicating Yoshiaki Arata's nanopowder work under EPRI contract. My report is EPRI 1025575 dated August 2012.
In 2007 I replicated Mizuno's neutron experiment with limited success. In 2008-2009 I replicated the work of Urutskiev with 50,000joule capacitor discharges through titanium films under water. No transmutations were observed, but My radio was damaged by the EMI. In 1994-96 I was a contract monitor for Thermacore Corp in lancaster PA. At that time they were working with Randall Mills and getting reasonably large excess power. Their final experiment was never reported. They used 5 pounds of nickel powder mixed with K2CO3 powder in hydrogen gas at 30 psi. They added heat and produced a runaway reaction that seemed far beyond a chemical explanation. I will repeat that experiment and I welcome comments. This has the potential to be a ground breaking experiment.
