Maybe Rossi knows what frequency to tune the control system to, and the rough
dial frequency control takes some time to arrive at a good setting by trial
and error. It’s like tuning a short wave old-time radio receiver to one
station you like with no good metric on the dial to tell you where to start
tuning.

I think Rossi’s knowhow is akin to playing the piano by ear to a tune nobody
else knows, but which Rossi has heard many times. Nobody else can play it at
all.

It may be easy to tune the reactor to a cop of .9, but to get it to a cop of 50
it takes an artist’s talent to exploit the full blown capability of the
invention.

I heard at one point, I think is was a Panitelli statement, that there are some
22 different parameters that effect LENR in the Ni system. Rossi has claimed
to listen to the reactor operation and understands where it is operating.
Nobody else has the experience to do that, including IH heat observers and
their other so called experts, familiar with the LENR art.

That may be what is grating to IH. I doubt that capability falls under the
scope of IP Rossi has provided per the agreement.

Subject: [Vo]:Rossi's magic wand ?

Now there appear some suggestions in the blogsphere that the E-Cat only works
really well when Rossi is present… That of course suggests that Rossi is
carrying a ‘magic wand’ which he waves over the E-Cats to get them to purr.
What could be in his magic wand, surely not simply a bit of knotty wood,
perhaps hidden inside there is the feather from a Phoenix…or ???
