Of course there are no hard facts here, but Rossi watchers note that he is noticeably more excited by the E-Cat X than he has been before. Optimistically one hopes he has discovered how it works or at least something new.
Rossi has said elsewhere that of course the E Cat X is hot. What I
think he means is that the excess power can be taken off almost entirely
by electrical energy. He adds that this is less efficient.
