It also reinforces your conviction wrt Papp noble gases forming mobile NAE, I might suggest the frequency increase of SPP thru the light spectrum although related to power would be more directly related to the confinement levels of the plasma – call it Rydberg , relativistic or fractional hydrogen it is my conviction that when the plasma shifts power/frequency it is shifting between inertial frames even though we don’t see the sort of spatial displacement expected for relativistic effects. We are still manipulating the same ratio of V^2 to C^2 but instead using confinement to accelerate virtual pairs thru our plane more quickly in what may be the beginning of a new science Puthoff coined as “vacuum engineering” – this is where I got my interpretation of Casimir effect as being relativistic – the longer wavelengths are not eliminated but instead still fit between the plates thru Lorentzian contraction passing thru our plane much faster but unaware they have shrunk or been accelerated in a Ventorri like effect between time and space. I have said before this would tie into Japanese patents wrt radioactive decay rate acceleration / remediation of radioactive gas but I think this will also lead to gravitational anomalies because unlike normal relativistic effects where there is no electrical or mechanical linkage between say the Paradox twins where frames by their nature must be isolated, you now have an effect based on suppression where the effect is actually generated by quantum effects of electrical fields from surrounding geometries … this is IMHO a linkage between different inertial fields that can be exploited. If you can link reactions between inertial frames of relativistic scale you can force COE to accept time dilation for spatial displacement and unbalance equal and opposite reactions in both frames, this would explain the EM drive which is also a strong candidate for the vacuum engineering title.
