Mesons come from tachyion condensation inside a SPP black hole. The SPP holds energy of 1,000,000 GeV give or take. EMF captured by the SPP is reformatted into a quark based subatomic based discharge: Mesons. A tachyon condensate is broken chiral symmetry of the magnetic force.
