I’m a data guy who knows enough about voice that I sometimes get handed tickets
for voice services. In this case, I need to figure out which carrier routes a
toll free number we use so that I can open a ticket with them. I thought we
used Lumen for all voice services, but they say the number does not belong to
them. Any pointers to places to look this up would be appreciated.
