Is there an authoritative source for rate center latitude and longitude? Is there a free source for this data?
I'm aware that BIRRDS/LERG has the Switch CLLI coordinates, but I don't know if the rate center virtual coordinates are also there. NANPA said, "NANPA doesn’t have this information. We suggest you check with a vendor who creates rate center maps, but we can’t recommend one." Is rate center data centralized, or invented by carriers and 3rd parties?
