Updating based on review of logs.
2:39pm EST Thinq API timed out after 10 seconds.
2:44pm EST Thinq API failed with "no route to host"
3:26pm EST Thinq API recovered
Looks like a networking issue between 2:39pm and 3:26pm EST.
I sure hope they post the outage on their status.thinq.com site or I'll be
wildly disappointed.
