Transnexus is a certified and registered Certificate Authority with the PA who manages STIR/SHAKEN for the US. You can get certificates directly from them. I'd start with Transnexus because they are experts on the subject.
They helped us get registered and tested with the PA. We're authenticating and verifying certs today.
