-----THIS DRIVER IS ONLY FOR WIN2000------

1.10
-test driver for nt4 OK
-split package in application and drivers
-corrected some initialization errors in winvncdrv
1.11
-more memory checks in driver
-w2k as service back working
-Because driver is activated on startup of client, screen refresh forced

by winvnc on activation driver. Screen was black in the beginning
-solidrect default unchecked, this option was for testing and don't
gives
the expected results. Have to be removed in the future.
1.20
-solidrect removed (to many updates)
-changed driver (some textupdates where missing)
-The video driver is able to send about 20 update a second. This can
generate
a lot of updates. The updates are now dynamic (20-1)/sec. When there is
a lot of
data to send (fast open en close of windows), the updates/second goes to
1 until
the sendbuffer is back lower.("lowband switch" viewer options, need to
be on)
